1. Requirement: Patients must arrive with a physician's order for treatment.
2. Assessment: Our expert team will conduct a thorough evaluation to delineate a precise plan of care.
3. Treatment: We will then schedule and provide individualized wound care treatments aimed at achieving the excellent healing rates for which our clinic is known.
Continuity of Care
Our Certified Registered Nurse is uniquely qualified to evaluate patient needs and recommend appropriate continuing care plans for managing wounds at home. We facilitate smooth transitions with home health agencies, hospice companies, nursing homes, and other necessary home care providers.
